Can you coat floors during a Michigan winter?
Basements and other conditioned interiors can be a good fit for winter projects. Garage installation depends on the selected system, slab temperature, moisture, and the ability to maintain the required conditions through curing. We assess the space before scheduling.
How much does a floor coating cost?
Your estimate depends on the size of the space, slab condition, preparation and repairs, finish, and coating system. A site assessment helps define the scope and price before work begins.
What if my concrete has cracks or moisture?
We assess visible damage and moisture conditions before recommending a system. Some conditions need further testing or corrective work. Any agreed repairs and limitations are included in your project scope.
Do you work with other contractors?
